4x + 7 = -1
4x = -1 - 7

1 - 2x + 5 = 4x - 3
-2x + 6 = 4x - 3
6 = 4x - 3 + 2x

6 + 3 = 6x
9 = 6x
x = 6/9
x = 2/3
