I believe from what I have learned about the Aztecs is that they were an army that conquered other groups and made them fight with their army, so as they conquered more groups, they had more and more people to fight in their army.

Although some loyalists agreed that independence from Britain was necessary, they believed it was necessary waiting for a latter time. A more "suitable time". So, wrapping-up, Georgia Loyalists were concerned about the economic loss that a Revolution War might cause, specially those who already had achieved some manor.
