It would depend on the type of school and the type of class, as technically you would be able to do all of such in a school. I believe that most reasonable answer may be push-ups because it doesn’t take up much space.

Exercise helps muscles to be at rest and also makes someone feel reinvigorated. There are some exercise which are strength-building.

For example, jumping sacks, forward lunges, push-ups, arm extension and plank.
