Try to get your parents to sit right across from you and explain to them. Just tell them.
Or If its hard to do that you should show them that you have anxiety. 
Try to get them to see that.
Or if you still cant try to write it on paper.
Or text it to them.

You can always tell them that there's something important that you need to discuss. If you don't feel comfortable with that, you can write a letter and give it to them so that they have time to read it and think about it so that you can talk about it at a later time.LSO if you group of friends involve a teacher talk to them.Trust that your feelings are valid and important, and your family will be there for you. Also trust that your family will understand if you are comfortable enough to open up about any concerns you are having!
