Carbohydrates- Sweet potato’s filled with awesome nutrients and healthy complex carbs

Vitamin A- Mango such a awesome fruit when ripe filled with vitamin a

B Group Vitamins- whole grains like brown rice, barley, real fresh whole grain bread

Vitamin E- mamey sapote great vitamin e source taste very good like sweet potato, pumpkin,honey,prune,peach,apricot,cantaloupe,cherry, and almond.

Vitamin K - prunes dried or fresh very good fruit also a great source of fiber not just vitamin k

Calcium- dried figs very good for calcium and again a great source of fiber I like them a lot

Iron- dried apricots and spinach great iron rich foods you can add spinach to your smoothies and Disney taste like its even there since a lot of it is water

Dietary free- I picked eggs and fruits and veg low calorie and both great Whole Foods
