The correct answer is D) The battle had little impact on securing the Lakota people’s rights to the Black Hills of South Dakota.

The impact of the Batlle of Little Big Horn, in reality, had little impact on securing the Lakota people’s rights to the Black Hills of South Dakota.

The Lakota, Cheyenne, and Arapaho tribes defeated Colonel Custer's 7th  Cavalry Regiment in the Battle Little Big Horn. The Battle was fought on June 25-26, 1876, in the Crow Indian Reservation in Montana. General Custer was killed in the battle. After the battle, many Americans were so angry and confirmed that the Indians were savages. The federal government continued with the removal of Native American Indian tribes to reservations.
