False.

Tort cases are cases where someone initially causes harm.

Ex: Punching someone

Criminal cases deal with broken laws and civil cases are people suing each other. Hurting someone is illegal.

But you can also sue someone if they cause harm to your car by hitting it. That's a civil case.

Tort cases are civil and criminal, not just criminal.

False , Tort cases not only falls under the jurisdiction of the state criminal courts but also under civil.

Explanation

Torture cases not only falls under criminal but also comes under civil. This act is illegal and can break the ‘right to freedom’ principle.

The law doesn’t allow anyone to hurt each other. Criminal cases are those cases where a crime is being suspected against an individual.

Civil cases are those cases where one individual’s freedom is disturbed. Thereby, the individual can make a case by suing against the former.

Yuliya22 [10]

Answer: They will run away and feel fear / emotion as a reaction to their bodily physiological changes

Explanation: According to the James Lange theory, for someone to feel an emotion, in this case an emotion of fear, one must first experience the physiological changes that can be accelerated heartbeat, rapid and deep breathing and the like, which are caused by an outward appearance say a danger such as a bear in this case, watching a horror file etc. In doing so, emotion is the equivalent to a physiologically experience, which again depends on the external danger or occurrence in question.
