For instance, if a person resides on the countryside, he or she is much more likely to be a farmer compared to someone who lives in the desert. Similarly, people who live next to a water body are more likely to use a ferry compared to people who do not live near water bodies. Lastly, recreational activities are also affected by the geographical features of a location. For instance, someone living in Iceland, is more likely to be a regular skier compared to someone living in California.
