Answer:

a. weathering

Explanation:

  • The weathering is the break down of the rocks by the various physical agents of change and is also said to be in the fr of the chemical and the biological and can also be seen as the picking and carry on away of the small amounts of the particles from one place to the another.
  • Whee the physical and the chemical play a major role in the breaking and wearing down of the surface of the earth's crust. Thee two causes led to erosion and hence the impacts of the winds and the water and thus they onset the stage for the process of the chemical weathering to take place that is moved with oxidation and the hydrolysis of the surface of the earth.

As more ice in the Arctic Ocean melts, what effect does this have on the water? A. Heat absorption increases as the albedo incre
Scrat [10]

Answer:

B. Heat absorption increases as the albedo decreases

Explanation:

The ice has very high albedo. The reason for this is that it has white coloration, and the light coloration are highly reflective of the sunlight. As the ice melts though, the water surface increases, and the water, unlike the ice, has the capability of absorbing much more heat. With much more water, there will be much more absorption of heat, and since the water has low albedo on only 10, the albedo will decrease on a global level.

True or False: Members of the Wampanoag tribe helped the colonists survive.
Alexxandr [17]

Answer:

True, members of the Wampanoag tribe helped the colonists survive.

Explanation:

When the colonists first arrived in what is now Massachusets, they didn't really know what they're facing and were simply not aware of the conditions in the area and how to survive long term. This was a big problem because the reason why they moved there was because of searching for new opportunities and by not surviving this wouldn't have happened, while the government had its goal on long term settlements through which it will increase its influence in the region.

The reason why the colonists, referred to as Pilgrims, survived were the members of the native Americans, namely the Wampanoag. The Wampanoag were friendly and they explained to the colonists what they can expect climate-wise, thought them about the characteristics of the land, introduced them to local crops and how to grow them so that they can feed themselves. This led to good and friendly relations between the two groups and the colonists survived and managed to remain in the area.
