Remember PEMDAS. Parentheses, exponents, multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction. Also remember with multiplying and dividing go from left to right. Same applies with subtracting and adding. Follow these steps:

5+(9+6*3-3)-3
5+(9+18-3)-3
5+(27-3)-3
5+4-3
9-3
6
