The correct answer to this open question is the following.

It is true that the Tuareg practice Islam in a unique way. We are talking about the Touareg culture that lives in Africa, specifically in Algeria, Lybia, Chad, and Mali, in the North region of the continent. Although most of them practice the teachings of Islam, Tuareg people do it their own way. They follow the teachings of the prophet El Maghili, who lived in the 16th century. They do fasting but not as rigid as other Muslims, because they travel so much and need to have nutrients. They also believe in "djinns" or the presence of spirits  even they use amulets t protect them from negativity,

Hamilton vs Jefferson argument over national bank argument. What was the main arguments on both sides?
MrRissso [65]

Well, Jefferson and his allies thought the bank was unconstitutional since the Constitution did not specifically give the government power to charter banks. The Democrats even said that Hamilton's bank would have too much power. Whereas, Hamilton knew The Bank Of England wanted the U.S. to start a bank and fundings were whack. Hamilton even said "The power of creating new funds upon new objects of taxation by its own authority would enable the national government to borrow, as far as its necessities might require"
