The correct answer for 1 is because removing causes of factions would mean that civil liberties of people would be hindered. The basic freedoms of the American people would also be harmed if causes of factions were sanctioned and removed.

The correct answer for 2 is that he believed that in order to prevent having an unjust majority lead, there should be a representative government with a large number of representatives and they would represent the citizens of the areas from where they came.

The correct answer for 3 is that he believed that splitting people into different parties or factions would just make them hate each other and would think only about how to beat one another in gaining power, where the people would be neglected due to this fight.

The correct answer for 4 is that he believed that a large government would be much more difficult to control in case that someone decided to become an unjust majority or if someone wanted to influence and exploit the government. A large is better because it works more independently.

How did the KKK clan attempt to thwart<br> Beconstruction ? List two was.
ELEN [110]

Answer:

The KKK was formed as a social group in Tennessee in 1866. The name probably came from the Greek word kuklos, meaning "circle."

Ku Klux Klan

Ku Klux Klan

Klan was an alliterative version of "clan," thus Ku Klux Klan suggested a circle, or band, of brothers. With the passage of the Military Reconstruction Acts in March 1867, and the prospect of freedmen voting in the South, the Klan became a political organization. Former Confederate general Nathan Bedford Forrest probably served as the Grand Wizard, or overall leader, of the Klan and certainly played a significant role in its organized spread in early 1868.
