The media could adjust the way they provide information to appeal only to a certain group of people.
When these people learnt that a certain candidate is being praised for his/her character by the media, that chance that the candidate would be chosen would be increased dramatically.

Which is a limit on the way political action committees can raise money when they are branches of labor unions or professional o
Sergeeva-Olga [200]
The answer is B) They can only raise money from their members

This political action committees need to be regulated in order to function properly and ethically.

By putting up such restrictions, the government can make sure that these labor unions and professional organizations are able to represent the interests of a certain group of people and businesses.

It, therefore, also helps to promote these political action committees as a reliable and a democratic way to voice legitimate concerns of businesses and individuals.

To fuel physical activity, cells may use ATP and creatine phosphate stored in muscle, or they may rely on glycolysis or the TCA
Novosadov [1.4K]

Answer:

The primary fuel the body uses during a long event of low intensity exercise (like a 4-hour walk) is FAT.

Explanation:

The system that intervenes during low intensity exercise is the AEROBIC SYSTEM.

Whenever someone exercises at a low level intensity, the body uses fat as main energy source while sparing the use of blood glucose and muscle glycogen in case the exercise level of intensity increases and while the oxygen availability decreases.

While training for long periods of time, aerobic capacity expands producing an increase in the oxidation of fats.

The maximal aerobic capacity (VO2max) of an individual regulates the contribution of different fuel sources in a proportional way (muscle glycogen, intramuscular triacylclycerols, glucose and fatty acids).

I hope it helps!

The preceptor tells a new nurse to dangle the patient's legs on the side of the bed before attempting to assist the patient to s
chubhunter [2.5K]

Answer:

The preceptor's statement is an example of tradition.

Explanation:

Notice how the preceptor does not offer an explanation based on evidence from experimentation. He simply states that that is the way it has always been done. That is an example of tradition, which can be a barrier to evidence-based practice. Tradition limits problem solving. It prevents changes from happening, often maintaining obsolete practices that could very well be updated for better results.
