A parent with a cybernetic hand spanks his teenager whenever he refuses to go on every single drive with him because he has motion sickness and vomits in the car and it's torture for him. Does this parent have the right to spank him to force him to go? Especially with a cybernetic hand, which leaves extreme scars, tears his butt-skin off, and severely hurts his ability to sit down and walk? Shouldn't 16 year old children have the right to stay at home for a short amount of time while their parents go shopping considering that they are legally able to drive alone (with a liscene that is)? What if it's a scenario where there is no cybernetic hand, but this kid has weak, sensitive skin that bruises or tears off easily from strength of such force?

The answer is > Personally that would be child abuse you could go to jail for that even though i say you shouldn't leave a teenager home alone anything could happen someone could break in or the teenager will throw a party or do something there not supposed to but i think the best thing is to leave them home alone even though in some states there are age restrictions like in chicago if you leave a kid thats 14 or younger its against the law so it kind of depends on where you live but best choice leave them home alone.
