I think it's her knee because her hands are just below her knee as to stop the pain....

The answer is c I speak and understand french. it is c because "genou " means knee while "pied" means leg and Elle isnt hurt on her legs shes is hurt on her knee thats why her both hands is on her knee not her whole leg.
