That is due to the deficiency of RIBOFLAVIN, more commonly known as Vitamin B2. If one is deficient in this vitamin, then they will likely have migraines as well. Foods high in riboflavin include all types of dairy, almonds, liver, lamb, and so on. Iron deficiency is another cause of these symptoms as well.
