Americans often lead stressful lives. The stresses come from work, school, family and social pressures. The long term effects of

stress contribute to different illnesses. Consequently, healthcare professionals recommend that we reduce our stress levels as much as possible. From your own experiences, what seem to be the most effective ways of dealing with and reducing stress?

I honestly feel everyone is different but me personally I deal with stress by breathing exercises. It feels good and it makes me get rid of my stress. I also take baths and do my breathing exercises in there as well.

Making a safe space for yourself somewhere- separate from stressors- can help a lot

You can inhale this ash and it can get into your body and system and mess with your inner organs. I don't see how this can happen with boulders and rocks, as they are way too big to be inhaled the way ash can be.</span>
