There are many ways to prevent injury when cycling on a bike (of some sort).
One way that applies to safety is to wear protective gear. This is to prevent any physical harm inflicted upon any impact with the surroundings. Examples of protective gear is shin pads, elbow pads, gloves, forearm pads, helmets, and cups. This is to protect your skin/bones from taking any physical harm.
Another way that applies to safety is to avoid any potential environmental dangers, such as riding in the road. Cars have a lower chance of seeing a bicycle rather than a smaller car. Always stay to the sidewalk or the bicycle lane.
This theory isn’t true. Plugging your nose eliminates the majority of the taste, but you still do taste a small amount of it, and once you unplug your nose, the after taste will be there still.
