When you finally get to the writing phase, you need to focus on making everything transition smoothly. Focus on choosing the right words, and making it look clean and appealing.

An outline is just a general look over at the topic and idea you want to communicate. When you start writing, you take this general idea and present it in a fashionable and easy to digest way. =)
