The economies of America and Canada are Market economies because the economic decisions are not made by the government, where it controls job specialization and human capital. It is also not a limited economy, where one job or amount of money is not available, as this is America and Canada, every job and specialization is available to any citizen (democracy).

When the profit matter comes to the business, the monopolistic firms earn profits slightly above their costs in the long run. Because barriers to entry are low, other firms have an incentive to enter the market, increasing the competition. As a result to survive in the market the profit margin gets lower. Therefore, they just make the profit above their costs.

21. Montgomery bus boycott

Due to Montgomery bus boycott, a large number of people start to feel that the racial segregation that implemented in united states was extremely inhumane. This case later on influence a lot of movements to fight for equality of treatments to all citizens from different race/ethnicities. All of this leading up to the creation of  the Civil Rights Movement.
