This would be homo sapiens because that's what we are considered today, we evolved most likely from the species homo Erectus which was about  1.8 to 1.3 million years ago, that had the same skull as us, we as homo sapiens evolved 200,000 years ago where we came from Africa, we had the same skull and opposable thumbs that we have now
