Personification: The act of making a nonhuman object (inanimate) have human features (animate). Basically what this question is asking is what is the action emphasizing. So in this case the human action is shivered, what was shivering? the stars.

My life as an adult is very stressful. My mom is already 50 during this time, so even though She loves to work, i can no longer watch her breaking her backbone so i am the one that start to bring income to our family as a waitress. But i don't want to stuck in this situation forever, so i took a class on the night and hopefully will be able to get a better job.
