I need THREE points to plot on a graph -3y=5x-7

Your first step should be marking the y intercept which is the easiest. (0, -7/3) 

Afterwards find the slope which is 5/3. Use this to find the x intercept which is (7/5,0)

And just add the slop to the x intercept and find another point.
