Attitude is a very key trait in communicating effectively. A sour attitude warrants irritation from other parties, it can form a mental burden that can turn into a physical burden. Attitude can effect you internally and mentally, reflecting on your view of life and self image. A positive attitude can boost your energy, self love, and general charisma. Bad attitudes can result in bad results, performance, and damaging the relationships between people you have effected. It is the opposite for good attitudes.
I believe it is A because i feel it is the only exercise were you are using your arms to lift you entire body off the ground, but who knows i could be wrong <span />
