The parents don’t pay close enough attention and/or they think that the current is fine when it’s way too strong and takes the child under before the parent can comprehend what happened.
Because if people start to get rowdy make sure you stay safe and unproblematic because the last thing jane would want to do is get hurt and/or arrested.
