Answer:

Cue depending theory

Explanation:

The cue-depending forgetting theory states that people tend to fail to recall memories without memory cues which can be:

  • semantic (same category group of words),
  • state dependent (depending on the state of mind we had when we acquired the information)
  • or context dependent (depending on the context where we usually perceive the information)

In this example, Dr. Rogers can not recall the name of her student when he sees her at the mall but when he sees her in class he immediately recalls her name. This is a cue-depending forgetting where the cue was dependent on the context (classroom), this theory would explain why outside of the classroom he couldn't remember her name.

AysviL [449]

Answer: Microsociology

Explanation:

The level of analysis that Sheila is most likely to use in this study is the microsociology. Unlike the macrosociology, the microsociology uses the interaction which involves face to face and it involves a small group in order to have their perception on certain topics. If the whole transportation system was involved which includes air, water and land, the macrosociology will be applicable.

Vilka [71]

Dr. Croteau explains to students in his methodology class that when they are using a mixed design, they are essentially using a(n) factorial design with multiple independent variables.

Methodology is studying the methods used in field and the theories or principles behind them, so that you can develop a approach which matches your requirements.

Mixed design is an approach in which the researcher have to examines both the potential differences between two or more separate groups of participants and also the individual changes over time.

Factorial design is necessary  when interactions are there to avoid misleading conclusions. They allow the effects of a factor to be estimated at several levels of a factor, that can yield a conclusion that are valid over a range of experimental conditions.
