1) threat to the liberties of the people because there was too much centralisation of power with the government.
2) the people who framed the constitution had a debate on the issue of slavery and wanted each slave to be counted as one whole person and the slave states should have power to vote.
The Shays Rebellion attempted to overthrow the government due to the governments respect towards farmers and their crop.
