Describe how the Dawes Plan, the Young Plan, the Locarno Pact and the Kellogg-Briand pact either aided or prevented Adolph Hitle
miv72 [106K]

Answer:

The Dawes Plan, the Young Plan, the Locarno Pact and the Kellogg-Briand pact prevented Adolph Hitler and the Nazi Party's rise to power.

Explanation:

Much of the success of "Golden Years" in Germany can be attributed to establishment of the American aid plans and measures such as The Dawes Plan, the Young Plan, the Locarno Pact and the Kellogg-Briand pact.

It helped Germany recover and improve its economy, as well as helped in improving its foreign relations. However, with the onset of the Great Depression, it led to the end of the "Golden Years" in 1929.

Loans were withdrawn back and stalled by the American banks and Germany as well as many other countries had to face a very hard time because of this. Unemployment and poverty started to rise and there was economic crises once again in Germany.

It was during these times of crisis, Hitler took the advantage and paved a way for his Nazi party and ideologies in the country. It provided Hitler a platform to advocate his ideologies and condemn the policies of the Weimar republic in Germany.

Thus, it can be said that the plans and measures such as The Dawes Plan, the Young Plan, the Locarno Pact and the Kellogg-Briand pact prevented Hitler and the rise of Nazi party in Germany as those plans and measures helped Germany recover from its war reparations and economic downfall.

s an MA, you have a parent refusing the Measles vaccine. What should a MA communicate to the parent regarding vaccinating the ch
nevsk [136]

One of the important roles of an MA is to educate the patients and/or parents/guardian for children patients. For parents who refuse to have their children vaccinated, it is important to inform them of the importance of the measles vaccine and the chances for contracting the preventable disease. It is also best to inform of the safety and the risks in taking the vaccine so that the parents can make an informed decision. It is important to keep in mind that the parents are just cautious and need reassurance.

It is key to inform them of the following:

· Measles is contagious. It is caused by a virus and transmitted through the air.

· Measles is preventable with MMR vaccine. The recommended dose is twice, with the first given between 12-15 months and the second between 4-6 years.

· The vaccine is safe and 97% effective ( with two doses).

In situations where your personal and/or professional opinions do not corroborate with the patients' or parents', it is best to take an objective approach using research-supported information and data. It is important to identify the issues the patients/ parents have on their care and respond according to specific needs.
