A tectonic plates boundary where two plates move towards each other.i f two plates are of equal density they push up against each other and thus form a mountain,and if they are of unequal density then they will form a subduction zone

CONVERGENT boundaries converge is a large word that scientists use to describe to objects that come together .In the case of plate tectonics,the two objects coming together are large plate.like pieces of the earths crust. as these two plates push against each other , one is ultimately forced down beneath the other.

Iron meteorites are thought to have the same composition as the average earth, and the meteorites contain a lot more iron than the Earth's surface rocks.
