terrorism is a bad thing someone does. for example, killing someone for their beliefs. terrorism has changed global understandings by thinking that the terrorists are doing what they are doing for their rights. military operations against terrorism have affected understandings about the meaning of sovereignty by i dont really know this one sorry i hope the others helped.
