before the usage of technology such as computers, records became documented through papers separated in folders. This became a totally lengthy and complicated procedure as people would need to find information by using hand, sorting through endless files. Now, it is a lot less complicated and neater to hold information. it can be as easy as digitally looking for someone's name and the computer will sort through endless documents, locating the one you need nearly right away. it is also much less wasteful and secure, as before computer systems, the usage of paper became the best way to permanently hold information, additionally making files prone to being lost or stolen.

I think computers have helped a lot, because they can do things better, and faster. Like for documentry they can put a lot of info. into one computer memory system, rather then having thousands of pages and folders, also, they have supported many services because they help nerses/Docters train to be a great docter/nerse. All together i think they play a major roll in the healthcare industry.
