Answer:

The correlation between grade point average and the number of hours studying is an example of a correlation near zero.

Explanation:

Correlation is refered how the variables are related each others. Correlations could be three types:

- Positive correlation: a variable increase if other does. Exmaple: the more you practice football the better you would be playing football.

- Negative correlation: a variable decrease if other does. Example: the less you sleep the more you would be tired.

- No correlation: take place when a variable is not affected if other increase or decrease. Example: how long you watch TV and how the lentgh of your hair.

Then, according with the researcher reports, there is a no or poor correlation between grade point average and the number of hours spent studying for college students. However, there could be a very small correlation, just the study could not demonstrate it.

Which of the following occured because of the lack of jobs during the Great Depression?
konstantin123 [22]
Let's think about this. If the Great Depression meant there were fewer jobs, which would reasonably occur? A, more jobs were given to immigrants, is wrong, because there weren't enough jobs to go around. Preference would probably be to longtime Americans instead. B, production in factories increased, is wrong. Production must have decreased, because there aren't enough jobs. C, citizens moved to new towns less often, is incorrect--citizens would probably move MORE often in hopes of finding work. But D, Mexican workers were sent back to Mexico, is likely the correct answer: they'd be sent away because there aren't enough jobs, and preference goes to longer American citizens.

Cual es la energía potencial que tiene el agua, y que puede ser utilizada para obtener otras transformaciones energéticas
beks73 [17]

Answer:

The energy from water can be harnessed to be useful in a variety of different ways through water wheels or in hydroelectricity generating facilities. As water moves through some body, such as a river, its potential and kinetic energy vary. Additionally, if the area through which the water is moving changes size the pressure can also change. A device such as a turbine, can harness the kinetic and potential energy to be transformed into a type of useable energy, such as electricity

1. Who do you think has the most difficult job when it comes to foreign policy? ___President __Congress
vesna_86 [32]

The President has the most difficult job when it comes to foreign policy.

Explanation:

The President has a more difficult job in terms of foreign relations as it is the President that often makes the decisions on the country's foreign policy by themselves as long as it does not concern deceleration of wars.

In an ongoing war it is the President that has all the executive decisions and is usually responsible for the making of foreign policy along with the Foreign policy ministers.

Only when the war is to be declared that Congress is needed to assent. The President is responsible for other peaceful and wartime operations.

Which is not a reason for the rise of Nazism in Germany post World War 1
igomit [66]
In the aftermath of World War I, Germans struggled to understand their country’s uncertain future. Citizens faced poor economic conditions, skyrocketing unemployment, political instability, and profound social change. While downplaying more extreme goals, Adolf Hitler and the Nazi Party offered simple solutions to Germany’s problems, exploiting people’s fears, frustrations, and hopes to win broad support.
