Hey again!

The answer is based on personal opinion. I don't think our teachers should be armed, but there are advantages and disadvantages.

Multiple pros and cons of teacher's being armed.

Two pros:
 - To protect their students and themselves during an active shooting
- They wouldn't be defenseless during a shooting
Why shouldn't they? (Cons) - They might use the gun to discipline their students.
- A child could find and use the firearm.
- It's not the teacher's job to be a bodyguard for the students.
 - The students may feel unsafe around the teacher.

 I hope this helps.

No.

Yes, they should still provide teachers with the training to help them deal with gun and injury situations. However, training teachers to have and be able to legally own guns in schools is too extreme for people who are suppose to teach people.

hope this helps
