x(x+3) + 3 (x+3) = 0
(x+3)(x+3) = 0
so, x+3 = 0
x = -3
So, the two integers are -3 and -3 
if we multiply -3 and -3 we get answer 9
and if we add -3 and -3 we get answer -6.
