The dogs, which run around in the streets, are stray dogs. They don't belong to anybody. They are dangerous because they are not vaccinated.

The dogs are very useful only if we are able to treat them nicely. It is therefore ; we must think before we keep dogs that they are harmful if we cannot take their care.
