Answer:

If only one option allowed then;

 • C. Give your children age-appropriate but honest information about your family's situation, such as "Jesse is very sick," and "We will need to move soon."

If more than one option allowed then include;

 • A. Spend as much time as possible with your children so they have plenty of opportunities to ask you questions.

Explanation:

These are very hard and difficult times for your family and it becomes necessary that the children are not left in the dark. There comes a time when children must grow up and for some that time comes quite earlier than for others when times like these arise.

Given your current situation, the children being the dark can only serve to fragment the family. It is best that they know what is happening. As they are children you cannot explain things to them the way you would an adult.

You must therefore explain things to them in a way that they can understand. A way that portrays the gravity of the situation but not a way that paints too grim a picture of things yet to come. You must give them age-appropriate but honest information about your family's situation, such as "Jesse is very sick," and "We will need to move soon."

Another thing you must do is to spend as much time with them as you can afford because you will obviously need to look around for opportunities. During this time you will need to answer as many of their questions as possible because confused children can only make things worse as they may resent you for a change in lifestyle if they do not know what spurred it. Again, the answers must be age-appropriate.

A roofing company collects fees when jobs are complete. The work for one customer, whose job was bid at $3,900, has been complet
3241004551 [841]

Answer:

Debit Accounts Receivable, $3,900;

Credit Roofing Fees Revenue, $3,900

Explanation:

Here, no cash transaction was involved. Since the job has been completed but the customer has not been billed yet, this simply means it has to be debited with accounts receivable, which is recognised as current asset and recognised as revenue for the period, hence needs to be credited.

This means that accounts receivable has to be debited with the amount of $3,900 while roofing fees revenue has to be credited with the amount of $3,900

Considering the above, the adjusting entry the company would need to make on December 31, the calendar year-end would be:

Debit Accounts Receivable, $3,900;

Credit Roofing Fees Revenue, $3.900

Simora [160]

Answer:

(A) When selecting one of two projects, managers should select the project with the higher total expected cash flow.

Explanation:

 • When running a business the managers must take into account the type of business entity they are dealing with and also find the projects that deliver maximum returns and give them the maximum benefits.
 • The business run by the sole owners must be based on generating a good client base and reducing the cost associated with the company.
 • Thus it's essential to select the cash flow with a high amount of growth and lower risks.
