During this time, the Russian Tsar had practically no contact with the "common people", which is one of the reasons why there was a revolution to overthrow him and his regime in 1917.

The fact that Tsar did not have contact with ordinary people is one of the reasons for the Revolution of 1905, all of the later revolutions that led to the regime's change in October 1917. Tsar was preoccupied with the wars with Japan, which were largely unsuccessful, and also dealt with his family. He was not interested in carrying out the economic reforms that the people demanded due to outdated economic relations and the bad position of the workers and peasant.
