Answer:

B.

Explanation:

So for A the North had many more soldiers in a scale of about 2:1 so the first part is incorrect

In C it says the North had "no chance" but if they won isn't that wrong? And the North was bustling at the time so I'm pretty sure their transportation system was superior as well

Finally, in D it states that "The North was determined to preserve its way of life" but the country pretty much had two different sides that formed the Civil War and the last part doesn't really make to much sense since the South was beyond determined to keep their way of life.

Therefore I'm concluding that it is B

The main purpose of government is to help the people maintain their liberty
Elodia [21]

According to my point of view, the main purpose of government is to establish a secure system to maintain liberty and livelihood, make sure people are getting enough money to liver better and above poverty line.

Because, if people are secure and have liberty but government is not doing anything about that. people are not survive and it will lead to disruption.

How did the constitutional convention lead to the civil war?
bezimeni [28]

The Compromise of 1850 and the Kansas-Nebraska Act also worked to obtain similar results. When the newly founded Republican Party (the first real anti-slavery party) won its first election in 1860 with Abraham Lincoln, the South feared that the government would infringe on its rights and interests, which led to secession, and then the Civil War.
