The hacker generally use a program or an application to retrieve the data of others. The hacking is also a kind of art and requires a high amount of knowledge of programming and tools used for capturing the data.

The main difference between a skilled hacker and an unskilled hacker lies between the type of tools they use for hacking. The skilled hackers generally create their own codes and softwares, so that they did not get caught and traced.

The unskilled hackers generally used the existing software and the tools. Also, they lack a complete knowledge about the tools, which increases the chances of being easily caught and traced.

“The outer energy levels are full, but that doesn’t mean the inner ones are,” says a friend. How would you respond?
Anton [14]

He is WRONG

Explanation:

Any atom at the ground state has its orbital levels fill from the bottom (close to the nucleus) – up. The inner orbitals are of lower energy state and fill first because the atoms ‘likes’ to exist in the low energy and more stable state. Only when the atom is in an excited state do some of the electrons in the lower orbital levels shift to higher unfilled orbitals.
