I had to look for the rest of the details attached to this and here is my answer:

Based on the attached table which shows the number of differences of Amino Acids in between organisms B, C, and D from organism A, the data the shows that is most clearly related to organism A would be organism D. Organism D has only 1 difference making it closely related.
