Question 1 I believe is D because in early America, when not many people were settled here, people settled up north where fish were plentiful and there were lots of forests for foresting, so lumber could be traded to other countries. Question 2 I believe is D because it makes the most sense and the other statements are not very true because most people see mountains as barriers, and the climate of North America is not the same throughout so there are lots of products that can be made in different areas.
