enyata [817]

Answer:

Brokers must disclose the information regarding the improvement and the fact that the property's taxes will increase the next year. Neighborhood improvements are paid by  Special Assessment Districts adding taxes to existing properties or increasing sales taxes. Buyers need to know what property taxes they are expected to pay, and in this case, the current property taxes must be adjusted to show the real amount that will  be paid in the future.

This isn't something necessarily bad because you are going to pay higher taxes, but your neighborhood is also improving.

Anastaziya [24]

Answer:

The answers are:

  • a demand curve
  • a demand schedule

Explanation:

A demand curve is a graph showing the relationship between the price of a product, e.g. TV, on the y axis, and the quantity demanded for that product at a certain price (on the x axis). It models the price-quantity demanded for a particular market.

A demand schedule illustrates the same price-quantity demanded relationship for a product as a demand curve, only that it is presented as a table chart instead of a graphic curve.

balu736 [363]

Answer:

Yield management pricing

Explanation:

Yield management pricing is the charging of different prices for a given set of capacity at a specific time in order to maximize revenue. This is based on the demand and supply in the market and is very common in industries such as airlines, hotels and resorts. When there is very high demand for airline seats, prices for them are high. However, if some of those passengers decided to refund their tickets, close to departure and the flight would be taking off soon, instead of flying with empty seats and no revenue from them, the airline would decide to sell these same seats at a cheaper rate in order to gain some revenue. This is a form of revenue maximization.
