Hey there,

Answer:

Students get turned off due to boredom. But boredom is caused by stuff that students don't have interest in. For example, subjects that they have no interest in, a topic that they already have learnt through their tutor, during holidays when you don't have anything to do. Thus students get bored and causing them turn off. To prevent such things from happening it is best to create ways that helps you to learn better or you can create daily timetables to allow you to not get bored. Or you can ask your tutor to start the new topics later and you can then ask your tutor to coach you in the topics that you have learnt.

Hope this helps :D
