In The Communist Manifesto, Karl Marx hypothesized that capitalism would fail if workers organized a revolution against what he called the burgeoisie.

The Communist Manifesto was created by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels in 1848.

They believed that capitalism should be supplanted by a society led by workers. For this, they should eliminate private property and workers should be proclaimed as the ruling class.

More than 90 members of Congress expressed their opposition to the Court's ruling via a document that asserted that the Supreme Court had overstepped its bounds. What was the name of this document?

the "Southern Manifesto." The congressmen asserted that the Supreme Court had overstepped its bounds and had "no legal basis for such action." The decision, they claimed, violated states' rights and was an example of "judicial usurpation."
