The story is fake and serves only to criticize faith based on superstitions and prejudice.

A man and a woman are accused of witchcraft. To make sure that they are guilty, they are placed in the water to drown.

They are not the only ones, however. Even innocent people are in the water in order to make sure that the trial is fair and the method of drowning works.

However, no one sinks. And, if everyone swims, that should mean everyone is guilty.

Intelligent people who are watching it all happen can see that it is not going to work. The way people are bound and placed in the water will allow all of them to swim.
