Answer:

$105,571.6

Explanation:

Calculation of how large of a sales increase can the company achieve without having to raise funds externally.

The first step is to calculate the self-supporting growth rate using this Formula:

Self-supporting growth rate =

M (1-POR) (S0)÷A0 – L0 – M (1-POR) (S0)

Where:

M = Net Income/Sales = 3%

POR = Payout ratio = 55%

S0 = Sales = $4,000,000

A0 = $2,400,000

L0 = Spontaneous liabilities = $200,000+$100,000 =$300,000

We are using only accounts payable and accruals for LO because they are been considered as spontaneous liabilities

Let plug in the formula

.03 (1 - .55) (4,000,000) ÷2,400,000-300,000 - .01(1-.55)(4,000,000)

=54,000÷2,100,000 – 54,000

=54,000÷2,046,000

=2.63929%

Therefore, the self-sustaining growth rate will be 2.63929%

Second step is to Calculate for how large a sales can increase

Using this formula

Sales amount * Self-sustaining growth rate

Let plug in the formula

$4,000,000×2.63929%

=$105,571.6

Therefore, the sales can increase by $105,571.6

Answer:

Option C

Explanation:

Idealized power involves attitudes that give followers confidence in becoming identified with the leader—often connoted and confused with charisma. This means that a ruler for the common good of the party would go beyond their own self-interest, and undertake individual compromises for the advantage of others.

Idealized influence can be improved by managers by personalizing their management style, that is, give individual attention to all their subordinates regarding their problems.

Gnesinka [82]

Answer:

$298,206

Explanation:

The computation of the Net present value is shown below

= Present value of all yearly cash inflows after applying discount factor + salvage value - initial investment

where,

The Initial investment is $1,500,000

All yearly cash flows would be

= Annual net operating cash inflows × PVIFA for 20 years at 17%

= $319,522 × 5.6278

= $1,798,206

Refer to the PVIFA table

Now put these values to the above formula

So, the value would equal to

= $1,798,206 - $1,500,000

= $298,206

What is the meaning of the full faith and credit clause
Yuki888 [10]

Hello!

the full faith and credit clause explains the fact that states within the United States have to respect the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state.

for example, if someone has a driver's license in Vermont, it will be considered valid in new mexico.

or if someone were to get married in California, they would still be married if they move to Virginia.

I hope this helps, and have a nice day!

Amounts withheld from each employee for social security and medicare vary by state.
satela [25.4K]

It is False.

No matter which states the employee lives, the amounts withheld from each employee for social security and medicare do not vary by state. The present tax rate for social security for employers and employees is 6.2% and the present current rate of medicare is 1.45% for both the employer and employee.

Employers are typically required to withhold Social Security and Medicare taxes from an employee's paycheck and pay the employer's share of those taxes.

The Social Security Tax and the Medicare Tax have different rates, and only the Social Security tax has a salary cap. The base salary ceiling is the maximum taxable salary in the year. Determine the withholding amount for Social Security and Medicare contributions by multiplying each payment by the employee's tax rate.
