uranmaximum [27]

Answer:

A. Atlanta newspapers publish false report of black violence against white women.

Explanation:

Critically looking at the facts presented in the order charts, it can be deduced that certain factors (elements) were commonly used to describe the scenario. These includes people of different race (African-American and White) and riot.

Also, since the riot broke out in Atlanta, the source of information which caused the riot is most likely to have been from Atlanta. Therefore, the false report published by the news agency (Atlanta newspapers) triggered the riot.

Hence, the order of events in a chronological order is;

I. Atlanta newspapers publish false report of black violence against white women.

II. 48-hour riot breaks out in Atlanta, September 1906.

III. African-American and White Businessmen come together to restore order and stop the riot.
