Article 1 of the Constitution of the US Government <em>establishes the legislative branch of the federal government</em>. It also grants this branch with enumerative powers and the ability to create laws that will let the branch execute them.

Additionally, <em>the Vesting Clause of Article 1 establishes the division of 3 powers amount he federal government in its first section</em>. It determines rules for the House of Representatives that include the length of the stints of members in its second section. A similar exercise is done regarding the Upper House (the Senate) in the third section.
