The family are the ones that get hurt and are the ones that have to watch the person with the problem slowly go down hill and mess up their life. If a person is an alcoholic they only are gonna care about how and when they can get their next drink. Alcohol is just as bad as other things people can get an addiction to.</span>
Just breathe, talk it out with someone you trust, listen to your favorite music. It's even good to sleep. I tend to try to forget i struggle with these things.
