What are the steps for using a compass and straightedge to construct a square? Drag and drop the steps in order from start to fi

nish.
1.Construct a line perpendicular to line m through point F. Label a point on this line as point G.
2.Use a straightedge to draw line m and label a point on the line as point F.
3.Without changing the compass width, place the compass point on point H and draw an arc in the interior of ∠HFK .
4.Use the straightedge to draw JH¯¯¯¯¯ and JK¯¯¯¯¯.
5.With the compass open to the desired side length of the square, place the compass point on point F and draw an arc on line m and an arc on FG←→ . Label the points of intersection as points H and K.
6.Keeping the same compass width, place the compass on point K and draw an arc in the interior of ∠HFK to intersect the previously drawn arc. Label the point of intersection as point J.

What is the measure of EBC?
kramer

Answer:

To measure EBC colour, the light absorption is detected at 430 nm (MEBAK 2.16. 2 respectively EBC 9.4). ... Then the absorption will be measured in a 10mm cuvette. The sample will be diluted until the absorption is less than 2 Extinction units (E430). EBC colour = E430 x 25 x dilution factor.

In a test of a gender-selection technique, results consisted of 248 baby girls and 13 baby boys. based on this result, what is
Rashid [163]
When it comes to probability, the answer is always expressed as part of a whole. With that being said, your answer for this problem can be a ratio, fraction or in percentage. Probability is the study of finding the chances or odds of an event happening with the use of statistics. You are already given the statistics of baby girls and baby boys. Note that you are asked to find the probability of the baby being a girl. So, the part here includes the 248, while the whole is 248+13 = 261. Therefore, the probability is 248/261 or 0.95 or 95%. That means that the likelihood of having a girl baby using this technique is very high.

PLEASE HELP WITH MATH CONSTRUCTED RESPONSE!!
strojnjashka [21]

Answer:

  1. y = 0.937976x +12.765
  2. $12,765
  3. $31,524
  4. the cost increase each year

Step-by-step explanation:

1. For this sort of question a graphing calculator or spreadsheet are suitable tools. The attached shows the linear regression line to have the equation ...

... y = 0.937976x + 12.765

where x is years since 2000, and y is average tuition cost in thousands.

2. The y-intercept is the year-2000 tuition: $12,765.

3. Evaluating the formula for x=20 gives y ≈ 31.524, so the year-2020 tuition is expected to be $31,524.

4. The slope is the rate of change of tuition with respect to number of years. It is the average increase per year (in thousands). It amounts to about $938 per year.
